The Islamic art is a large topic and this website will present three type of the art used by Muslim artists are: vegetal patterns, geometric, and calligraphy. Explaining each type with drawing with examples of drawings and the history behind that type of drawing. Showing different range of the art that is use in our century such as decorating buildings, written text, and art museums. The examples of the places will be of places in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), showing the use of the Islamic art in my country.

 

       The website will include 11 pages including the home page. The pages are:

 

1. Home page: introduction to the e-portfolio topic.

2. The e-portfolio page will contain subpages:

   1. Vegetal Patterns.

   2. Geometric.

   3. Calligraphy.

3. Podcast/ tour: a recording of me and a peer talking about the e-portfolio topic and a tour of the web.

   1. First writen reflection.

    The layout that I’m using for my e-portfolio from the Wix website is art director portfolio, I decided to use it because my topic is about art and I thought it will be a great layout for my topic. Although I used the layout but I changed everything to may own work.
